Alex has almost a decade of experience as a former executive of D2D Experts & 3 of the top companies in the solar industry. She’s managed and improved the industry’s largest sales marketing platforms - imagine getting a $5M budget to build high performance systems. She’s known as the industry expert in developing high performance sales cultures and rep experience through building systems, teams, and departments that scale. While her experience is mainly in sales performance, recruiting & onboarding, and executive leadership, she’s consulted hundreds of D2D business owners on taking their company to the next level based on whatever their specific firm needs. Alex’s passion is helping women find their stride in the direct sales industry through community and personalized training. She is currently Chairwoman & President of True Pwr, and Owner of Shut the Fluff Up.

Brandon Hall
Brandon Hall is well known for having the best beard and being one of, if not the best fundamental recruiter in the direct sales space. His departments at companies like Vivint Solar and LGCY have signed over 14,000 recruits, including 3,200 of his personally over his 17 year career in the industry. He’s consulted and trained thousands of executives and businesses between his duties as President of D2D Experts and now CEO of Shut The Fluff Up. Hall sees recruiting training and expertise being just as important, if not even more important than receiving sales training the higher up you move in leadership. He finds it’s baffling how hard it is to find legitimately good content on the subject. He has a strong passion for changing that and leveling up the recruiting space as a whole and is excited to finally share the best kept secrets the industry has to offer with others.
